About Tim

Since 2003, Tim has been successfully negotiating short sales in the Ohio real estate market. After working in the radio sales industry for several years, Tim took the leap of faith and ventured into the world of real estate investing full time. In utilizing his knowledge, and experiences, Tim developed a coaching program to help people from all walks of life create their fortune through short sales. Tim has a lot of passion for his vocation, and truly finds it to be a blessing to help homeowners to avoid the painstaking trials of losing their home to foreclosure. Outside of work, Tim like to spend time with his wife Yesenia, and is an active member of his church.
